March 12: I didn't run as well, but a ran faster.

Gym Day #2

March 9th: I ran 1/5 of a mile at 8.0, before walking at 3.7 and then 3.5 at cooldown. Then I went on the exercycle, and overall, I burned about 210 calories

Gym day #1

March 7th: Went to gym and felt good. Went on exercycle first, then treadmill, than exercycle and lastly 15 lb weight curls:
Gym rating 2.0 (out of 10)

*Ratings will go up as my progress gets better. If I don't even run 1 mile on the treadmill, the highest my rating for the day can be is 2.0. My goal is to consistenly get 9.5, which is consistently running 4 miles at an average speed of about 7.0
